This year Lourdes celebrates the 150th anniversary of the apparitions and Lancaster Diocese will be represented by around 100 young people aged between 16 and 28 years. These Pilgrims have taken up the challenge to serve, meet and work alongside others and to go deeper in their faith.

Our Pilgrimage will take place:
Coach 17th - 28th July 2008
Flight 18th - 25th July 2008

Each young person is currently raising £510 to pay for their trip and any donations are extremely welcome to help them on their way.

In preparation for the Pilgrimage we have been meeting up at various times:

11th - 13th April and 30th May - 1st June
Small groups both at Brettargh Holt, Kendal
We spent time together socially and spiritually as well as using our gifts and talents to prepare some of the more practical aspects of the Pilgrimage.
